I am well in India
While finishing the 3 week Training, the lock down of India started, so we are still in Rishikesh Sadan, well taken care of but also Ready to go back home soon. I am finally having time to work on my book.

Leonard Orr passed into the light on September 5, 2019.
We are eternally grateful for his profound contributions to humanity. His vision inspired millions across the world. He developed Rebirthing Breathwork and encouraged the mastery of the mind.

We will continue to hold the space and carry forward his purification practices – through fire, water, earth, air, and mind.

When I asked him in June what I should tell people who were inquiring about him and how he was doing, his response was simple: “Still immortal.”

In another conversation, I asked him about his life’s purpose. He replied, “That is a foolish question – life simply is.”
And when I asked how life was, he said, “It is getting better by the day.”

He often shared that each person who passes on teaches us something.

I am currently in the process of writing about what he taught me through his final Leela and about our 28 years together.

What is growth, what is success?

Growth is energetic change. Growth includes relaxation, knowledge, changing thoughts, feelings, patterns and behaviors, and the independent application of spiritual cleansing techniques.

These seminars offer the opportunity to rediscover yourself under experienced guidance. We will develop our personal life goals, which will serve as our guiding principles. Success is the conscious implementation and achievement of our life goals, which can vary greatly from person to person.

Growth happens through the conscious decision to grow. ‘Breath is the key to spiritual growth.’ (L. Leonard Orr). Through conscious, intuitive breathing, we experience relaxation, gain knowledge and insight, and change our thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns.

This training aims to deepen experience with the four elements and foster personal independence in working with these practices, enabling spiritual and emotional growth. The goal is to experience and individually utilize the healing power of the four elements and of thought. And with these tools, to heal others and oneself on a spiritual, physical, and emotional level.

Since holistic healing isn’t possible in a single weekend, I would like to work with you on this goal over a longer period. Emotional healing happens most quickly within a spiritual community. Through our shared work during the seminars and in further exercises to be continued at home, we will delve deeper into the mysteries of life and our psyche. Central techniques will include conscious breathing and working with fire, water, and earth. Learning to master our minds is the goal in order to experience true unity with others. The study of spiritual texts serves to enrich our understanding of universal laws. The foundation of the training is Leonard Orr’s Rebirthing method, the cornerstone for a sound development of intuition and the experience of our natural divinity. A good breathwork teacher is someone who possesses love, intuition, technique, a personal connection to Infinite Intelligence, and a high level of personal presence—that is, a pure energy body, also known as an aura.
