    The ingredients do not look correct. They cannot write “cheese cake” as an ingredient. Please double check.

    Sorry, here are the corrected ingredients.
    Pasteurized Milk and Cream, Cheese Culture, Salt, Stabilizers (Carob Bean and/or Xanthan and/or Guar Gums).
