It’s my understanding that Rabbi Yitzchak Abadi approves of gelatin made from pork bones. Does Rabbi Abadi require that the bone marrow be removed beforehand?

Hello. Is blue cheese one of the cheeses which is “under a rabbinical ruling (gezera) to require supervision”? Also, do you have to wait 5.5/6 hours after eating blue cheese to eat meat? Thanks.
