Dharwad, Feb 10: First Annual Day, Rashtrotsava was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Sattur with full of festivities with folklore colour. Prof. Vishnukanta S. Chatapalli, Chancellor, Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University, Gadag, graced the ceremony.
