If you have always wanted to help a deserving child get a good quality education and have a bright future, here’s your chance to do it. Rashtrotthana facilitates education sponsorships to students from diverse backgrounds with the aim of enabling them to achieve their educational goals.

Many children coming from low-income families are mainly first-generation learners and some are single parent children. Parents are daily wage workers, coolies, house maids, painters, electricians, plumbers, cobblers, construction laborers, migrant workers etc. They are either illiterate or equipped with only basic education. Parents are single earning members with large families, more children and more mouths to feed make expenditure. Even a small amount will make a difference.

Rashtrotthana Trust is a Public Service Voluntary Trust that has been managing socially transformative service and providing quality education, health and skills to children from all sections of the society and transforming them into contributing members of the society with social sensitivity and national concern through it’s state board schools and after school learning centres in slums.

ಕನ್ನಡ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಹಬ್ಬ: ನ. 12, 13ರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ನ.11: ಎರಡು ವಾರದ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಕನ್ನಡ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಹಬ್ಬದಲ್ಲಿ ನವೆಂಬರಿನ ಎರಡನೇ ವಾರಾಂತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಅದೇ ದಿನ ಸಂಜೆ 5ಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ವಿಜೇತ ಸಿನೆಮ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಪಿ. ಶೇಷಾದ್ರಿಯವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಾದಂಬರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಿನೆಮ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ಸಂವಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂವಾದವನ್ನು ಲೇಖಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ರಂಗಕರ್ಮಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಸುಘೋಷ್ ನಿಗಳೆಯವರು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಡಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವದ ಸುಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿರುವ ಕನ್ನಡ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಹಬ್ಬದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೇ ಸ್ವರೂಪದ ವಾರಾಂತ್ಯದ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸ, ಸಂವಾದ ಹಾಗೂ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ನ.27ರವಗೆಗೂ ಮುಂದುವರೆಯಲಿವೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆಯಿಂದ ಸಂಜೆಯವರೆಗೆ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾರಾಟ ಇರಲಿದೆ. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೇ ಇತರೇ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯಗಳೂ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತವೆ. 50%ವರೆಗೂ ರಿಯಾಯಿತಿ ಸಿಗಲಿದೆ.

ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಎರಡನೇ ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪುಸ್ತಕಾಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಕರವಾಗಿತ್ತು.
