June 5: World Environment Day was celebrated in Rashtrotthana Schools across Karnataka with joy and fervor.
ಜೂನ್ 5: ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಇರುವ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶ್ವ ಪರಿಸರ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಸಂಭ್ರಮೋಲ್ಲಾಸಗಳಿಂದ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
World Environment Day is celebrated on June 5th every year and was started in 1973 with the theme, One Earth. This year the theme is Land Restoration, Desertification and Drought Resilience.
